Return
You can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. 30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. The product needs to be in its original condition, unused and shipped with original packaging to be accepted. If the product is used, not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
If you return the product, the customer will arrange the shipment and the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shop Home Gym reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply.
Refunds
Please note that some manufacturers charge a minimum of 15% up to 30% restocking fee either if the item has been opened or not. In these situations you can expect to receive a "partial refund" with manufacturers' fees deducted from the funds returned to you.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment within 2 weeks of our receipt of the returned product.
Return Process:
You need to contact us first before returning the product as some manufacturers have different return policies and may require you to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from Shop Home Gym before you return an item. The RMA number must be printed or written clearly on paper and placed inside the package.

- We will provide you the necessary information (RMA, return label, etc.) before you return the product.
- After the product has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected, if the return is accepted a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Damages
If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to info@shophomegym.com the day of. Shop Home Gym will pay for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturers warranty.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. The order can be canceled before we authorize the payment which is done shortly after your purchase. After the payment is captured, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. It will be treated as a return and fees may apply. We reserve the right to charge you a 20% administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.
If your order has been shipped, the cancellation request will be considered a return.
Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not support the policy, it will be stated in the product description.
